Job Summary
Full‑time Project Planner based in Madrid. You will collaborate closely with a Project Manager, Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager, and Sub‑System Manager to drive scheduling and coordination within the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand of the Project Manager / Chief of Development / Chief of Operations, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when needed.
- Serve as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
- Communicate efficiently at all levels, adapting the message to the audience both verbally and in writing.
- Own the time‑management topic for the assigned area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision‑making and maintain On‑Time Delivery performance.
