As a Project Planner at King and Moffatt, you would be responsible for establishing and maintaining project planning controls and accurate reporting across multiple projects.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create a master baseline schedule in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software as per the company procedures, industry best practice and client specifications.
- Using schedule hierarchy, create schedules for project delivery and communicate these to the project team.
- Create separate and integrated templates and model programmes for three stages being Pre-construction, construction and commissioning.
- Create detailed schedules covering design, procurement, installation and close out.
- Incorporate the trade contractors’ schedules into the Company schedule hierarchy.
