This role is a Profiles Hunter Intern based in Madrid, Spain, and is a key member of the newly formed Hunting Squad. The position is part of the Project Partner team serving all Malt countries and will last six months.
The main mission is to identify and bring new profiles from outside of Malt’s platform into the system, ensuring they are onboarded efficiently and strategically to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact the right profiles across all Malt geographies based on specific profile needs.
- Pitch Malt and convince suitable profiles to join the platform and apply to opportunities.
- Contribute to structuring and organizing the approach as an early member in building the Hunting Team.
- Respect internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) for profile onboarding, including onboarding within 72 hours.
