Project Officer - Startup Incubation

Your Mission

Makesense Circle Academy is an 18-month incubation program under the EU-Philippines Green Economy Programme (SO3: Green Business, Infrastructure, and Finance) implemented by Expertise France, co‑led by DTI Philippines, and co‑implemented with the GGGI Philippines. Developed in partnership with Plastic Odyssey, the program will support 7 recycling entrepreneurs to turn plastic waste into scalable, market‑ready solutions that are environmentally sound, socially inclusive, and economically viable.

As Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of startups participating in Makesense Circle Academy. You will coordinate program activities, engage founders and ecosystem partners, and ensure that entrepreneurs receive the support they need throughout their incubation journey.
