About the Role
As the Project Officer , you will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects within the Contact Center Channel Division. The role ensures all project activities—from requirements gathering to reporting—are completed accurately and on schedule. The Project Officer plays a key role in tracking progress, preparing documentation, escalating risks, and supporting the Project Manager in executing initiatives aligned with divisional goals.
How You'll Contribute
- Prepare project documents (plans, reports, MoMs, trackers) accurately and on time.
- Monitor project activity progress and elevate delays or issues promptly.
- Identify risks and ensure all issues are escalated and closed within SLA.
- Ensure projects adhere to PMO templates, documentation standards, and closure requirements.
