Project Officer – Community‑Based Tourism

We are seeking a Project Officer to support the implementation of Community‑Based Tourism (CBT) development activities in Sasmuan and La Trinidad Municipalities, Philippines. The role is supervised by the Project Manager and reports to the World Vision team.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Management and Coordination – Provide effective field‑level management, coordination and technical support to ensure project activities and objectives are implemented in accordance with the approved plans and World Vision standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government partners, associations, cooperatives, civil society organisations and community groups, to enhance project effectiveness and long‑term sustainability.
