We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee various restoration projects. Back ground in HVAC roof top units and automation is an asset. The Project Manager is the leader of a multi-person team and responsible for the successful completion of various restoration claims caused by fire, water, lightning, power surge, construction dust. The Project Manager works in conjunction with the property owner, adjuster/insurance company to ensure that restoration is completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the highest quality standards to bring the property or business to their pre-disaster condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction management principles. This role requires proficiency in project scheduling, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
