• Lead and manage all aspects of the warehouse expansion projects from initiation to migration and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify potential warehouse locations based on strategic business needs and growth projections.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to evaluate location suitability.
• Collaborate with property brokers, consultants, or owners to negotiate property acquisitions, rates, lease terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, security, IT, product, procurement, commercial, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
