Project Manager
Olympic Controls Inc. (the Company) is a full‑service provider of HVAC and building automation solutions in British Columbia and Canada. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations Department.
Reporting
Reports to: Director of Operations; works with Project Engineers, Designers, Installation Team, Technical Engineers, and the PMO.
Position Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Review scope, specs, and pricing of newly awarded projects.
- Obtain and review project schedules for workforce planning.
- Set up Knowify for projects and change orders.
- Develop project baseline, schedule of values, and execution plan.
- Collect vendor package submittals and follow up to ensure specifications are met.
- Coordinate supplier commitments and material delivery.
