Overview
Mid Rise Residential — Our client is a builder/developer with a growing reputation for constructing high quality mid-rise condominium projects across Toronto and Scarborough. They are looking to hire a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Represent the owner from design stages through to finish and close out of the project.
- Write a scope for tender and engage all project stakeholders and trades.
- Report to the VP of Construction and maintain control throughout construction phases to occupancy.
- Be self-sufficient and tackle daily challenges with professionalism.
- Engage trades and grow a site team to execute projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in mid-rise construction within the condominium market.
- Experience on large-scale construction projects.
