About the Position

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the execution of assigned projects and acts as the link between the superintendent, the client, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, planning, and coordinating all stages of a construction project in collaboration with the superintendent.
• Ensuring communication and coordination with the client, professionals, and subcontractors.
• Reviewing plans and specifications and making recommendations to optimize processes and resources.
• Negotiating and awarding contracts to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Establishing and adhering to schedules and ensuring project progress.
• Conducting site visits and supervising the work of the superintendent and subcontractors.
• Maintaining rigorous follow-up on ongoing projects.
