Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major Long-Term Care (LTC) development project in the Sudbury area. This is a high‑profile, approximately two‑year project requiring a strong construction leader with experience managing large‑scale institutional, healthcare, or long‑term care facilities from pre‑construction through occupancy. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, stakeholder management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and project team leadership. The successful candidate will ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
