POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager, Tenant Construction, is responsible for the oversight, execution, and profitability of Tenant Construction Projects. This position maintains contact with current customers and subcontractors in a tactful, sensitive, and professional manner. The role requires travel to job sites throughout Ontario. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to provide solutions in a short period of time. Strong multitasking abilities are needed to successfully execute projects simultaneously.
