We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Tampere office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Develop project schedules
- Monitor project costs
- Participate in sales, marketing, and bidding activities
Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant experience in project management or contracting
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
- Broad knowledge of different contracting methods
- Proficiency in technical software applications
- Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written); knowledge of English and Swedish is an advantage
- Experience in completing projects and construction industry certifications are beneficial
- Own car required
