- Cost effective planning and coordination of internal or external installation resources
- Conducting site surveys if needed, organizing installation steps, managing internal or external teams, and ensuring the site is ready for setup.
- Organizing all technical and interface clarifications with the customer
- Verifying work method statements for installations (installation risk assessments)
- Conducting and negotiating tenders for the involvement of partner companies (installation teams, technical assembly aids, etc.)
- Taking accountability for correct equipment master data (HW and SW configuration)
