KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership
- Lead the execution of the Concentrator Project from detailed engineering through to operational handover.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies.
- Ensure delivery against approved scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Drive accountability across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
- Ensure alignment with the overall Karo Platinum Project strategy.
Engineering Management
- Coordinate all engineering disciplines throughout project execution.
- Review engineering progress and critical deliverables.
- Manage engineering interfaces and technical risks.
- Resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
- Ensure engineering deliverables support construction and commissioning schedules.
