ABB Skien is now looking for 2 new Project Managers to join our team!
As a Project Manager your main responsibility is to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment to minimize labour hours, in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Run complete Industrialization Projects or part of this (POF)
- Create drive for implementation of new or revised solutions in the factory
- Be responsible for, and follow up Pre-Series and Pilot Production
- Contribute as Project Leader for both POF and Improvement projects
- Follow the Project development from Release of Ramp-up to Normal Productivity is established
