Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the smooth execution of the projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director & managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Must prepare budget, plan for business & execute projects in various fields such as Mechanical, Process Automation & Electrical works.
- Assist in tender preparation & budgeting.
- Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirement and sequencing project elements.
- Responsible for managing the changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
- Conduct training of own team internally.
