Job Summary
Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive smooth execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve contract timelines and budget targets.
- Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Manage weekly site meetings with site teams, sub‑contractors, and suppliers to monitor progress and ensure completion of contracted tasks.
- Oversee site team documentation processes by tracking and submitting Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Approval (RFA), and Shop Drawings promptly with the project team.
