Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of critical defence systems — from business development and tendering through to installation, maintenance, and end‑of‑life disposal
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track expenditure and report on cost variances
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues proactively before they impact delivery
- Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Executives, maintaining high standards of system serviceability
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage vendor contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and handle scope variations
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients
