The Construction Office Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of a construction office. This role coordinates documentation, communication, and office processes while supporting project managers, supervisors, and field staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare, organize, and maintain construction documents (contracts, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders)
Answer phones, route calls, and handle correspondence (email, mail, courier)
Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
Track project files, drawings, and records (digital and physical)
