Responsibilities
- All‑over in‑charge for Planning and Site Operation
- Ensures all company’s ISO, safety, environmental policy and procedures are complied with
- Liaise with Client, Authorities, Consultant, QS, Purchasing and Subcontractors
- To monitor and chase Authorities submission & approval for Structure, Architectural and M&E
- Chair progress meeting and presentation to Client and Consultants
- Monitor & comply to Master Programme and create micro schedules for all work trades
- Closely monitoring of site progress and resolve whatever site obstruction to expedite works
- Monitor Coordinators & Engineers and ensure all communication will transmit to all parties (Architectural, Structural & M&E – staff & subcontractors)
- Monitor and chase Contract Department to award subcontractor works
