Experience Required
- You have at least five years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related field, preferably within a large enterprise or public sector environment.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑implementation support.
- You possess solid hands‑on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web and object‑oriented programming frameworks.
- You have a good understanding of SDLC methodologies, whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid.
- You have prior experience working with government digital services or are familiar with Singapore's whole‑of‑government IT frameworks, which is an advantage.
- Beyond technical skills, you are a team player at heart, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude that motivates and uplifts those around you.
