Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution of construction works.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Prepare and review project work programs, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities for approvals and technical clarifications.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce to ensure productivity and quality standards.
