Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks.
Monitor project progress and performance against milestones.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to Management.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
Implement process improvements and lessons learned after project completion.
To carry out any other duties delegated to you from the Management from time to time.
