Project Manager Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management on multidisciplinary commercial construction projects.
Include but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and all stakeholders related to the project.
- Managing and coordinating the project design, budget and schedule.
- Working collaboratively with the project team to discuss progress, risks and solutions in order to meet scheduled dates.
- Providing strong leadership to team members to ensuring project targets are achieved.
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting all financial aspects of the project including forecasts and billings.
- Leading and implementing the procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
- Reinforcing Company Culture.
