Project Manager - Scalable Experiences

About the Role

As a Project Manager within our Scalable team, you will work with your Team Lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Whether that is the Jazz Room, Ballet of Lights, the Jury Experience, or any of our upcoming live experiences, you will define the way to scale these events to all our other markets, working hand‑in‑hand with other Fever Departments.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of scalable experiences
• Own the full delivery cycle across all cities within the portfolio, ensuring each market launches and operates according to brand, quality standards and contractual requirements
• Validate growth plans, pricing, market selection and resource allocation to support company objectives
• Source, select, negotiate and manage contracts with venues, talent agencies, production vendors and other partners
