Lead team in understanding and executing Voice-of-the-Customer
Lead programs with a cross functional team in accordance with the Aptiv Enterprise Operating System (EOS)
Track and report program status at multiple internal gates and external customer meetings
Ensure all projects are flawlessly launched and risk mitigation actions are tracked to completion
Ensure projects are kept within the approved budget while properly forecasting capital spending
Ensure project timing is met as defined by customers (both internal and external)
Manage program risk activities and elevate issues as required
Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements
Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field
3+ years' experience in project/program management
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project
