**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:- Lead team in understanding and executing Voice-of-the-Customer- Lead programs with a cross functional team in accordance with the Aptiv Enterprise Operating System (EOS)- Track and report program status at multiple internal gates and external customer meetings- Ensure all projects are flawlessly launched and risk mitigation actions are tracked to completion- Ensure projects are kept within the approved budget while properly forecasting capital spending- Ensure project timing is met as defined by customers (both internal and external)- Manage program risk activities and escalate issues as required- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field- 3+ years' experience in project/program management- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project- 3+ years of experience in the use of product life cycle an...
