Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of workplace premises projects, including renovations, expansions, relocations, new locations, and special moves of a variety of sizes and dollar value. They report directly into the Director of Program Management & Construction.

Accountabilities

1. Provide timely & value‑effective design and construction strategies, including the determination of annual construction programs that are in accordance with business needs.
2. Manage a large and diversified portfolio of real estate projects and ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with Bank standards. Control the budget and cost factors for each project, setting up and obtaining required approvals for project budgets.
