Job Title
Project Manager (2 positions – one focused on mergers, acquisitions, and integration; one supporting strategic projects within the Talent and Culture Vice‑Presidency).
Responsibilities
- Champion the project vision and ensure alignment with the Vice‑Presidency’s objectives by mobilizing teams around shared goals.
- Demonstrate influential leadership to engage stakeholders and foster commitment to a common vision.
- Structure and maintain an integrated plan (deliverables, timelines, dependencies, milestones) to ensure disciplined project execution.
- Organize, facilitate, and synchronize planning, tracking, and feedback activities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with internal and external partners (HR, IT, Finance, managers, etc.) to support coherent and integrated delivery.
