Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify potential business opportunities
- Estimate projects and submit tenders
- Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
- Maintain valuable relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users
- Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules, and labor
- Mitigate project risk, deficiencies, and estimate changes as needed
- Work with internal stakeholders, field staff, and customers to ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and meet expectations
