Project Manager - Procurement Ops (Xico)

We are seeking a proactive and delivery-oriented Project Manager to join the Global Services Center of Excellence (CoE). As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead procurement‑related projects from initiation through close, ensuring accountability for outcomes and intended business benefits.
• Apply the project management standard operating procedure (SOP), PMI principles, Thomson Reuters standards, and appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Drive structured project planning, including charter development, scope definition, deliverables, governance, stakeholder mapping, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
