Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the overall project and individual workstreams
- Maintain and track the project plan, milestones and dependencies
- Manage budget, timeline, risks and project reporting
- Prepare and coordinate governance forums, including the Core Group and Steering Committee
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, advisors and occupational pension experts
- Support project communications for employees and pensioners
- Prepare status reports, presentations and decision documents
- Ensure transparent information flow and structured execution of project activities
