Project Manager – Order-to-Cash Transformation

Role Purpose

Own end to end delivery of the O2C implementation program acting as the single point of accountability between business, IT, vendors, and corporate functions to ensure disciplined, timely, and high quality execution of the approved processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall implementation plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution across business, IT, systems integrators, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to approved process designs, BRDs, RACIs, and controls.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go live readiness.
• Coordinate change management, training, and business adoption.
• Provide structured reporting to senior management on status, risks, and decisions required.
• Enforce governance, scope control, and issue escalation.
