We’re looking for an Innovation Operations Project Manager to join our R&D organization and drive New Product Development (NPD) within our Hair category . This role is critical in translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, enabling speed to market, value creation, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
You will lead complex projects in a global, matrixed environment , ensuring delivery through the Innovation Development Process (IDP) while collaborating across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and more.
Hybrid Role
Employees are expected to work from our Barcelona (Cornellà de Llobregat) office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
Responsibilities
