- We are looking for a Project Manager (Non-IT ) who will:
- Lead and support a Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation project
- Assess and map existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Design and help implement new operating models, team structures, and activity frameworks
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive project execution from analysis through implementation
- Develop executive presentations and reporting materials using PowerPoint and Excel
- Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working
