Project Manager - New Construction (Toronto)

Overview

The Parking Infrastructure and Asset Management department of our client is seeking a Project Manager on a two‑year contract to lead the planning and execution of a new parking facility, including all infrastructure implementation and fit‑out activities. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery for planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring adherence to approved timelines, budgets, safety requirements, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete start‑to‑close‑out project management on design and construction of infrastructure without staff delegation to support TPAs parking equipment modernization and pedestrian/vehicle access control program across facilities and surface lots.
