About the role
We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for lenders - banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs - to automate their collections and legal recovery workflows. As Project Manager, you will own client implementations end-to-end - stationed at the client's office in Mumbai, driving the deployment from kick-off through data migration, UAT, go-live, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Own the complete implementation lifecycle for enterprise lending clients - plan, execute, and deliver on time
- Be stationed at the client's Mumbai office as the single point of contact for the deployment
- Map the client's existing collections and legal processes and translate them into platform configurations and workflows
- Coordinate data migration - loan files, legal documents, notice templates, jurisdiction mappings - working closely with client IT and ops teams
