Project Manager (Multi-Family) (Calgary)

Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of construction projects under a variety of delivery methods including Construction Management, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build. The successful candidate will have a solid track record delivering multi‑family low‑mid rise projects in the Alberta market with a minimum of 5 years executing in the current role.

Duties

• Lead and manage multi‑family construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules, and budgets utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
