Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for internal & client driven initiatives within our product suite
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success criteria in partnership with client stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive summaries, retrospectives, and any related project communications.
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively escalate blockers internally with recommended solutions.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision records, implementation plans, and post-launch summaries.
• Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, Sales, Support teams.
