Key Responsibilities
- Manage full EPC project lifecycles from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee contractual compliance, cost control, and change management processes.
- Manage site activities and ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Lead commissioning and performance testing activities.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business growth.
