Role Description

• End‑to‑end management of marketing projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Daily collaboration with US‑based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs).
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinating the work of internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance).
• Ensuring high‑quality deliverables – both in terms of aesthetics and compliance with guidelines.
• Overseeing the material approval process (MLR) and ensuring compliance with US market regulations (FDA).
• Assigning and coordinating the publication of materials in Veeva systems (Vault / PromoMats).
• Identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
• Optimizing processes and improving cross‑team collaboration.

Requirements

• Min. 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharma industry.
