Responsibilities
- Lead and manage offshore marine construction projects from tender award through execution, completion, and project close‑out, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise marine construction activities including subsea cable installation, offshore structures, marine civil works, heavy lifting, dredging, and vessel operations
- Develop detailed project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, classification societies, port authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement activities, contract administration, and change order management to maximize project profitability
