The Project Manager will provide project engineering and management services in the development and execution of capital projects from 250 K Euro to 5 M Euro within the Latin America Region, based in the Toluca manufacturing site.

• Manage operations investment projects ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and specification compliance.
• Promote collaboration within the engineering teams and focus on results and operational excellence.
• Support plant master plan development and manage capex planning and execution.
• Oversee internal lead disciplines, purchasing, construction, and project managers throughout capital project phases.
• Develop project estimates, submit summaries for approval, and ensure project reviews (design, hazards analysis, constructability).
