Job Scope
- Lead Large Scale Solar (LSS) projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality
- Coordinate with Grid and EPC teams
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution phases
- Manage subcontractors, site vendors, and logistics
- Ensure adherence to safety (HSE) and quality standards
- Liaise with local authorities and grid operators
- Monitor project milestones and report KPIs
- Resolve technical on-site issues and variations
- Oversee site testing and commissioning (T&C)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidate must have at least five years of experience in project management within the solar, renewable energy, or power sector.
