Responsibilities

• Definition and continuous improvement of material flow and warehouse standards (process, equipment, postings, … within the plants), global roll out, training and support of the Plant Logistics Managers and Regional Logistics Managers.
• Definition and coordination of logistics standards and projects for operational efficiency, cost drivers, KPIs, logistics benchmark.
• Identification of logistics related improvement potentials in the plants, good/best practices within/outside VC regarding process, factory layout, equipment for material flow, warehouse, KPIs.
• Run and participate in global, cross‑functional/department projects to support with logistics know how.
• Drive cost savings programs by running logistics, operations projects and workshops globally.
