Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of expansion, renovation, asset enhancement, and redevelopment projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project strategies, implementation plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to support business and operational objectives.
Manage multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, design development, tendering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as the primary liaison with consultants, contractors, suppliers, tenants, government authorities, utility providers, and other external stakeholders.
