Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Understand business goals, challenges, and requirements, and proactively recommend IT solutions to support business objectives.
- Lead and manage IT projects and change requests throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, to go-live.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and prepare comprehensive business and project documentation.
