Job Description

Reporting to the Director, IT PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of complex IT projects with cross‑functional operational impact for our Long‑term Care and Home Health divisions. The Project Manager will be a hands‑on leader, responsible for leading the full project lifecycle management.

This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize and problem‑solve effectively.
• Accountable for all project objectives, including vendor contracting and management, solution design and implementation, communication and change‑management planning.
